These are pretty decent, I just found out that they have some type of charcoal something and after a certain amount of time it activated and that's why it's black. Once I take them off I do feel an amazing difference. 👍

My wife convinced me to try foot pads to cleanse my feet at night when I sleep. I didn't know what to think at first but I felt like they might be doing some good so I continued wearing them. We wear them usually for about 4 or 5 days in a row and then take a few days off. The problem is they can get expensive if buying them from brick and mortar stores. I told my wife we need to buy them in bulk on Amazon and I found these. You get 30 pads and 30 adhesive sheets. This is the first brand I have worn that didn't come already assembled so I figure it must save them money to do it this way, which is fine with us. They are very easy to apply and it only takes a minute to put them on. They appear to work as well as the others I've tried and my wife likes the scent, as do I but I wasn't bothered by any other scented ones. I can't provide conclusive evidence that any of the foot pads really work but I feel like they do so I'll continue to use them. What I do know is the first day or two I wear them they are black and then gradually get less black over the next few days.

Very easy to use put them on before bedtime and sleep in them wash your feet off in the morning helps rid your body of toxins love this product.

I love using these detox pads. They are easy to put on and remove, they give you such energy the next day from removing all the negative toxins from your body. I think everyone should be using them, they work remarkably well.

I know I’m in the minority of reviews here… but I found these very annoying and difficult to use… Especially to put on someone else…I bought them for me and my mom, and if I had realized that you had to take the patch itself and put it onto an adhesion strip and then put it on your foot… I wouldn’t have gotten them.I got the adhesion strip stuck on itself multiple times in like a wrinkly way… It’s very hard to get the patch in the center in my opinion… And they did not stay on very well. I typically would find them in my mom’s slipper or they would get stuck in the bed somehow while she or I was sleeping.I don’t know why the adhesion strip isn’t already just stuck to the foot pad… That doesn’t make any sense to me… I’m not a fan of these

These pads work well but they are packaged very differently from other brands and require more work to open up. Have to use twice as many packages for individual usage.

This product is new to me, I've used others however this one is very easy to use, the tape over the pad is a plus most are all in ones and slip around some during the night.This product stays put, but is easy to get off and works well as the pads show the quantity of detox garbage that builds up in your system over time.Nothing you need to use every day of your life, but after illness or chemical from labs etc this is a good idea
