This is a staple among my supplements! For about fifteen years I suffered from bacterial vaginosis. The only thing doctors did was prescribe antibiotics until they no longer worked. Feed up, I went to a homeopathic doctor who recommended this productive. All that time, I was having bowel movements maybe once or twice a week. Taking these, it’s at least twice a day. It solved my problem. It’s been seven months, no bv! The only thing I did different was start taking these.

I took 1 capsule every night for about 2 weeks, occasionally took two and backed back to just one. It definitely cleanses. Most often, my stomach kinda felt like it was tearing up and the smell is beyond terrible but once I had a BM, I would feel fine. I also have been taking the colostrum every morning and wasn't sure if it was the combo so I quit taking the gastro for 4 days but then became constipated and it didn't seem the colostrum was making much of a difference there. I have battled candida on my skin and leaky gut for years, I take Dr Tobias candida pills and a probiotic along with clove. I will continue to take gastro off n on as well as colostrum because I really want to get this leaky gut healed. My diet has been free of gluten for about 6 years, stevia in my coffee but my weakness is gluten free baked goods.

I have CIC and after doing the Master Cleanse, I was severely impacted (not the intent). OTC products have never worked, so I was not expecting much. The first night I took 2 pills, nothing happened, I was discouraged. 2nd night took two more, slightly nauseous throughout the night, but by that morning I could feel things moving and by 9am, I was no longer impacted! I did have some slight cramping, but nothing major. Hoping it continues to work, I may try taking 1 every or every other day. Maybe I'll finally experience regularity?

Eating right and exercising, I do suffer with motility issues and need digestive enzymes to help break down my food. (Hashimotos thuroiditis and without a gallbladder) Even though I do my best not to eat foods without preservatives and buy organic, I still occasionally need assistance esp if I eat dairy. This product is the most effective for me with no cramping and overnight success. Again I eat glutenfree and Whole Foods. Rarely processed food. I could not tell you the effect of this product for someone who eats the American Standard Diet. I imagine it would work maybe just need to use more.

By far the very best claustrum on the market. If you have any lung issues pneumonia I would definitely use it makes you feel better in days! Also improves your mood and system. I even give it to my dogs. Most all the other ones are by our heated and destroys the colostrum... especially in New Zealand that has a lot of that heat at high temperatures so it's basically powdered milk from there.

After three days of taking this it seemed to starting to help. I've only been taking it for a week now, I still have difficulty with constipation, but this has began to help, and I think with continued use I'll see the benefits.
