I bought this product to enhance my workouts. I don't work out everyday but I use this about once every week and since 2021, I have used these with the Chloe Ting's Hourglass Workout. They squeeze and burn my glutes like nothing I've felt.Not to mention, the quality is very good and doesn't scrape my skin. It is good quality and the tightest one hasn't stretch out yet so I'm very satisfied with the make.I would buy resistance bands with the door attachment now to challenge myself in my workouts.

I absolutely love these fabric bands. I work out very intensely 6 days a week and have been using elastic bands. All of my elastic bands stretch out or end up snapping. These bands are durable and I was finally able to do certain workouts that I wasn’t able to do using the elastic bands. I love how they stay in the same place as well and don’t move up and down your legs! I also love how they come in 3 different resistance levels for any workout. I would definitely recommend!

These had more give than the last ones I ordered. So if you are a beginner or are looking for a slightly easier workout these are much better. The last set I ordered (from someone else) were so tight I couldn't move in them. These provide a better workout so I will actually use them. None of these are actually "move free" meaning they will ride up. But they are better than the rubber ones that are used in PT workouts. But don't expect that they won't move, they aren't glued to your legs. All in all I like them and definitely prefer them over the last ones I bought.

I have been a user of latex and tube resistance bands for years and eventually grew frustrated at the amount of money wasted time after time again each one burst or ripped apart during a workout. I bought these bands mostly for booty workouts in hopes of growing out my glutes and hips. I decided to use the medium resistance (green color) band straight away (I found the light resistance (pink) to be too light) and after two uses it did stretch a bit but still firm enough to retain resistance. It's only been a few days but the band usage definitely made a difference in my booty! I'm already feeling a firmness (and soreness) in my glutes! The band is very comfortable and once it will roll down my legs a bit but not enough to cause a major issue. I like the bands as long as they do not stretch out too much so I can continue feeling that resistance when I work out. I'll most likely try out the heaviest one when I get a bit stronger. I also really like the cute little bag pouch it came in. Took quite a while to arrive but definitely worth the wait.

I LOVE these bands! They are so well made. You can wear them high or low and they don't slip. I really like that they are fabric instead of plastic like many other bands. I definitely recommend them. They are SO worth the price. Not to mention the colors are really pretty.

I just received this product today. I had never tried fabric resistance bands so I didn’t know what to expect.What I received way a very giftable package, consisting of three bands of different resistance. The colors are so soothing and the fabric seems very durable!On the inside of the fabric is rubber thread woven in so that the band stays in place while exercising.I’m looking forward to using these both at home and on the road as I travel a lot!

Super convenient when traveling to do leg workouts whether it be squaring, side lunges, or leg lifts. Also great for cardio circuits. The three bands are different resistance and comfortable material that makes it easy to move around. Well worth the purchase. Also comes with a guide for some major 8 exercises which can be done.

Love these! Work great! Only thing that I don't like is there was no description on which was the light, medium and heavy band. Not really a big deal since it's easy enough to figure out.Very durable and they don't slip!
