pages are a bit thicker than most books. the margins are about 1.5" which makes great space for notes.the information is organized well and the illustrations are clear and informative. 10/10 recommend.

I ordered the kindle edition to have it handy. The downside is using the kindle during any of the work. There is always a lot of biological matter to deal with without contaminating your kindle. Best to print out any notes or information before starting if you need the back up. I like the fact that it offers many options. It would help to have more of the pros and cons discussed.Don't just try to start without some research. Learning this by trial and error could be tough and may expose you to some situations that a little research could avoid. The health and sanitary concerns should not be taken lightly. An advanced schedule and preparation for any of the procedures are good practice.

Great wealth of knowledge

Not enough detail on the "how to" prepare animals for mounting. How to gut, skin, decontaminate, chemicals for cleaning, preparation and preservation etc. The was not a guide as I had expected.

Its a nice book, you need the first book to have all the informations that the autor gives in both of book they are complementary of eachother. I would have had maybe more picture or real pictures of tasks etc.

This book has clear diagrams and instruction

Really helpful and great diagrams to show you step by step how to skin a bird, squirrel, etc.Learnt a lot, highly recommend.

Interesting and useful information bit dated but very useful for beginners
