This arrived today to replace the original charger that just died. It came packaged well inside a ziploc bag and packing bubbles. Out of the box, it looks a lot like the original in terms of heft and feel. Used it right away and does its job as you’d expect. You can’t really even tell the difference, so why overpay? Will comment on durability after I’ve put this thru its paces, although overall I’m quite pleased with this purchase. Great value!

The obvious differences from an apple device are that its noticeably lighter, and the wire material feels different to the touch. However, and most importantly, it performs all the expected functions including a working magnetic fastener and comparable charging times. It might not have the hefty, solid, luxurious feel of an authentic apple device, but it does everything a consumer needs from a laptop charger. Factor in the price, and this is a steal! Definitely would recommend to anyone who lost a charger, or even as a secondary to keep in your car, work, etc..

I recently replaced my old mac charger since the wires have frayed and I was concerned about electrocuting myself. It's a lot cheaper than what you would buy at the apple store. It charges my computer fine. I think the only thing that is different from the apple charger is the actual apple logo. I would recommend this product!

Loved that it only took 1 day for prime shipping to get it! Works great, and charges just like my old charger from Apple which lasted me 8 good years. Not sure how long this one will last, but for 22 bucks it's working like a charm! I'd recommend to anyone who needs a charger quick and can't get to an apple store or doesn't want to shell out 80 bucks for the original. It's also of similar thickness of original as well.

The charger looks almost identical to Apple's MacBook charger. After my original charger frayed, I went through two other off-brand chargers that each lasted around 6 months before breaking. This charger looks sturdy enough to last even longer, so I'll see how it holds over time. Excellent product so far.

This works, as far as I can tell, in the same manner as the OEM Apple Magsafe charger. I don't have exact numbers, but going from about 5% battery to full seemed like it took no longer than the OEM charger. It would be nice if this came with the extension cable, but not a huge deal. Long story short, I don't think you will notice any difference when it comes to charging or powering your MBP, and you will save a bunch of money.

It was past time to replace my MacBook Pro charger. The charger was so frayed and worn out. It was down right dangerous and was not dependable at that point. It had been a good charger so I figured I would order a replacement from the Apple website. Yikes! I was not planning on dropping $100 on a charger. I'm glad I found this charger. My laptop has been charging for around an hour and the battery is at 100%. Feels durable and came with all parts. Great price & product so, I'm happy! Definitely recommend!
