Anntoo Ketone Analyzer for Self-Ketosis Checking with 10pcs Replaceable Mouthpieces

I am just starting on my keto journey and this device is making it easier. Although you do everything "right" it's still hard to know whether or not your body is in ketosis or what state of ketosis it is in... I love that in less than a minute I can get accurate and easy to read results.Takes about 15 seconds to warm up then you just blow in it and it gives you your number and is color coded making it even easier to know.It includes a pouch but the device doesn't fully fit in it so I just store it in the little box it arrived in. It came with plenty of extra blow covers but I'm the only one using it so I don't even change them out.Pretty idiotproof and easy to use.

I was wavering on buying this because of the comments about inconsistent readings. The complaint was that they were getting very different readings within a very short period of time.I've only had it for two days, and have only tried this about a half dozen times, but it's been very consistent and the readings seem to track well with my eating. I don't have a way to verify these readings against something else, like blood or urine tests, but I'm not getting the wild reading variations other reviews are suggesting.I've been careful to run the machine at least two times with no breath between readings. Based on the instructions about "clearing residuals" it seems like you should do this before any reading in case previous use interferes with the current reading. The instructions don't say to do this, but it makes perfect sense. If someone else's use is going to mess with your reading, your previous use should do the same.If I see inconsistency later, I'll update this, but at least for the unit I received, it's been very consistent.

Does not work. At least mine didn’t. It read 3.8 after eating 5 breaded onion rings. (Carbing up on purpose). So I had my daughter use it and she was 2.5 after eating a bag of soda crackers. She is not keto by any means and not in Ketosis. Pretty bummed cause it’s easy to use and half the price of others. Just going to invest in a good one now.

It's a quick and easy way to check if you're in ketosis, but you better be sure you haven't had a drink of alcohol in hours or else it will give you a much higher reading otherwise. I have a high dollar alcohol breathalyzer and it will will read "0" for my BAC, but this ketone meter will read I'm in extreme ketosis if i have had a couple of drinks earlier in the day. My blood meter will give me a reading of low-mid ketone level so I know the breath meter isn't on point. I have two breath meters and it's pretty much the same between the two.

This ketone breath meter is in my opinion quite helpful. It does give fairly consistent readings throughout the day so I can log my ketone levels and know for certain that I'm still within the zone.The build quality is actually below average, as mine had screen defects and some hair between glues used to put the screen on the device. It does come with a carrying pouch, and 8 additional mouthpieces (doubt you'll ever need them)This is really the best method to keep track of your ketosis level it's fast, easy and painless, as blood testing can get super expensive if you test multiple times throughout the day, and urine test strips only work at the beginning stage of ketosis.I think the price of $55 for a simple semiconductor type breath meter is just outrageously high, maybe some cheaper BAC breathalyzer that's using the same semiconductor sensor will do the same job, I'm not sure because I haven't tested any other product out.

Bought this thing about 2 weeks into being fully Keto, tried it and it said I was in Ketosis. Then I let other people try it, people who were NOT eating Keto...and they were all supposedly in Ketosis too?! I am doubting this product works.

I really like this analyzer. It comes with 5 mouth pieces and a travel pouch which came in handy when I was recently traveling. Using it is fast and simple and you get results in seconds. As far as accuracy, I believe it is very accurate because when I test two to three times in a row I get basically the same results.

So easy to use. I found though it is best to just exhale normally, not forcefully, for the best reading.
