Worked great and instantly stopped my water leak.Switched off the water, removed the hose, unscrewed two screws for the cover, two for the valve, unclipped the three hoses and three electrical connectors, switched the part, screwed it in, and hooked it back up. 5 minutes start to finish and the leak is done.Part is slightly different from OEM, but functions exactly the same. Fit without any issues.Absolutely would buy again. Will update if it fails unreasonably quickly, or if it fails in a manner that floods my laundry room... But right now it seems great!

For months we had a slow continuous leak from our washer. I guess I was somewhat afraid that the repair would be too complicated for me. However, after a YouTube search on how to replace this party I son had the confidence to extract it and replace it with this new version. The process was very easy. The only complaint is that this valve is a bit noisier than before.

For a while the softener compartment washer working so I cleaned the compartment and the intake screens and it still wasn’t working right. So i decided to buy the part which was a pretty easy install. My only concern that it didn’t have a fine particle mesh like the factory but I went ahead and connected the water and it’s been running perfect so far with no hiccups.

The washing machine was leaking from the original OEM cold water inlet after 7 years of purchase. Got this replacement the next day through Amazon and it was a 5-minute replacement work. Once replaced, no more leaks after testing two washes. Thanks for the replacement. Hope this doesn't fail immediately...

Easy to install and more affordable than a repair person.

Used on a 10 year old LG clothes washer. The old one leaked from the top of one solenoid, but my floor water alarm notified me and all was good. The leak happens even if the washer is not running, as it is the shut off and if not positive will leak continuously.

This part does NOT match LG OEM part 5220FR2075L.Reviewed in the United States on December 31, 2020Verified PurchaseDespite this part being listed as a replacement for the LG part, 5220FR2075L, it is NOT! The thread pitch is not correct for the standard US water nozzle. It is a smaller pitch, and as such this part did not thread properly to my water hose line. After connecting and tightening the original standard water hose line to the point where the hose line nut would not turn any more, the hose line still wiggled. When I turned on the water pressure water leaked out of the connection, since the hose was not able to seat down properly. When I held this part up to the OEM part I was replacing, it was obvious the thread pitches were not the same. Very disappointed. Not sure if manufacturer or the supplier is at fault, but this is not a replacement part.

After purchasing two before this one I was very pleased to see that it actually worked unlike the previous two I purchased online and the delivery was very fast

The electrical connection orientation was slightly different than original part. I had to modify wire takeout length to make connection. Once installed it resolved the leak issue
