Aquila Red Series AQ-71 Low G Concert Ukulele Fourth String

Well that didn’t last long. I was tuning it gradually and it broke on me! Have ordered another but a different one this time! I have never had a ukelele string break on me before!

Le son est super. La s’est étiré sur une 10aine d’heures de pratiques. Maintenant elle est plus stable.

I personally like the sound better than regular G. Feels comfortable on fingers even when sliding. Really happy that they now sell one for soprano which I just put on my carbon Enya. It didn't work for my Outdoor Ukulele as it created a snare sound. I keep an extra of each on hand. I use Martin m610 and m605 for rest of strings for a soft tone and comfort

Ho acquistato questo low G ben due volte perché mi piaceva moltissimo il suono sul mio concerto Enya, ma in entrambi i casi la corda è saltata da sola dopo pochissimo tempo (circa 1 mese). Credo possa trattarsi di un difetto di fabbrica, perché con tutte le altre mute Aquila mi sono sempre trovato molto bene.

Only 1 string in the packet, thought it was a full set including a low G string

Just buy it. Way better than a jimmy rigged low G string. It sounds so natural and beautiful.
