I do like the look of this fan but that's where my "likes" stop. It arrived and was installed professionally. The blades will not rotate. The light does work. But when the fan button is pushed It only makes a beeping sound with no blade rotation. I called customer service and held on the line for 45 mins listening to the repeated recordings stating they "ARE BUSY". I am confident this is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I am sure this company could care less about my satisfaction now that they have my money. BTW this was not a cheapo fan. I paid what I thought was a high-end price and got a low-end product with ZERO customer service. Amazon should be ashamed for dealing with a questionable company like this. I am feeling very much ripped off.

The fan control system is a mess! 4 hours to get diagnosis from manufacturer! Garbage! the control system only works wirelessly so I have to wait for the part to get it to work. Let's hope, will follow up on service.

This fan is very quiet in operation. You will only hear the noise of the air moving. Controls are a bit temperamental. I have to cut power to the fan to reset wall controls about every two weeks.

This works good in a living room that has 25 foot ceiling and is 20ftx20ft wide.. I got a 10ft down rod for it. It makes a weird sound every now and then, but its not loud (like a click sound once every hour) it gives a good gentle breeze for my living room. It does not turn extremely fast. I am very happy with it.

I just installed this fan and really disappointed in the speed. On the highest speed possible, level 6, it does not spin one rotation per second--40RPM is what it is spec'd. Had I realized this I would not have purchased this fan...can't feel a breeze in an outdoor application...horrendous for the money I spent on this fan...!
