This is a difficult toy for a smaller parrot to figure out how to get into, but my Green Cheek Conure figured it out after about a dozen times interacting with it. He also has experience with easier foraging toys, so this one was a good challenge for him. It is a little difficult for him to get into the middle container, but he has figured out how to get into the top and bottom container with zero issues.As a side note: I would not leave your small parrot with this toy by himself as the cutouts on the side are just big enough that I would be worried about him getting his beak/face stuck in the toy. I only allow him to play with it while supervised.

Its a good size. There are no sharp edges. However, mine arrived broken. The last compartment was broken on one of the sides. I glued it back with nail glue. I do love the product and it serves its purpose, foraging.

Provides HOURS of foraging opportunities for my green cheek. My only complaint is that the lids and boxes are heavy for him to lift so he sticks his head in the holes of the box, which makes me a nervous wreck. Made very well, safe hanging hook, and easy to clean! Pretty neat watching that little tongue go to town trying to grab a seed!

This is the best toy I have ever purchased for my birds. My jardin parrot absolutely loves it. In fact he plays with it so much I've started putting his regular feed in it lest he over eat. I don't fill them very full so he doesn't have much trouble with spilling. He plays with it constantly. Even when there it's nothing in it. Way to go Tropical Parrots

This thing was ripped apart by my African Gret in less than a day, but he sure had fun doing it! Maybe if you have a smaller bird it will last longer, but I don't regret purchasing it for a day of fun.

I loved this product for its acrylic construction and design. However, as with all new parrot toys, you need to watch how your bird does with the toy. We removed the toy after a couple hours because our Yellow-naped Amazon got its head stuck twice in the box and started growling & panicking. The toy would be great for birds with smaller heads & smaller beaks.

My green cheek conure loves this! I usually fill it with millet and his fruit blend pellets or some sort of treat. He’s all over it, and when it’s empty he lets me know! The colors are very bright and attractive to a bird, and it seems well made. Word of warning: This toy can be loud if your bird likes to lift and drop the top cover along the chain like mine does, but I just put it in at appropriate times!

This is a huge hit with our cockatiel and conure. It provides a little challenge but not so much that they give up or avoid it. It’s also well constructed and looks aesthetically pleasing.
