Does exactly what it supposed to which is only dispense a little toilet paper at a time. Watch out for those who gave it low ratings because they didn’t understand what they bought.

These snap right in. I replaced some 20 year old ones that had old and tired springs, the rolls kept falling out.

Completely useless
We have 4 of these installed in our new office and they do not spin. Seems like a design feature. Unless you only need 2 squares of toilet paper a time, invest your money elsewhere with a simple toilet paper dispenser that works
