Almost perfect
While it fits in about 90% (the front air vent cutouts don't match exactly, maybe because my Ciaz is a 2019), I'm giving it 5 stars because it does what it has to do. The rest of the mat covers the dash very well and the more important thing for me, it eliminates the sun reflection over the dash, letting me focus better on the road.

Packaging, What's this?
I love the feel, looks, like it'll fit fine!!! What's is concerning to me though, is how it was packaged. Rolled width, across length. Then folded in half, stuffed haphazardly, in a bag. Then another bag. I, didn't know what it was, when it arrived. I thought, it might come in a tube. Anyway, I've got to find a way to smooth it down, with all, the BUMPS, it has. And then put it to work. Any suggestions? looks great, feels, great. Just hope it installs ok too!!!!

Right fit
Seemed to fit okay; they put the holes through in the right places. The backing is somewhat stiff since the cover still has a small bit of corner curl/lifting despite having been laid over the dashboard several weeks ago.
