This is best pump you can get for the money
If you are running a performance engine in a street car do not use a generic replacement pump with a stamped impeller. This is best pump you can get for the money. On a Pontiac engine the impeller to backing plate clearance is critical for proper cooling. This pump has a machined impeller similar to stock cast impeller design but with more fins for higher volume and improved flow.
