These are exciting but 3 things lowered my review:1) 1 of 4 was cross threaded when I opened them. I can’t open it to put batteries in. My husband has tried. Probably won’t work if I do get it open as it may not reseal.2) Remote does not work when lights are at the bottom of a 4ft deep pool. They have to be taken out of water to respond.3) Suction? I don’t understand how that can work. The back is hard plastic. Is something missing? No suction in this pool.I hope to figure something out as I hate the haste of returning things. And I WANT THEM - working that is.

Bought these for our hot tub. These ones actually float unlike other ones we've purchased. They seem pretty water tight and bright enough for our needs. Our kids toss them around in the hot tub and they still work fine. One of the bulbs on one of the Lights Went Out oh, but that is the only issue we have had so far. We don't expect them to last forever, but for the price they are a good value.

***UPDATE***After reviewing these lights (I could only orginally give 2 stars) A fabulous company representative contacted me about my concerns. Ellen is wonderful and understanding...basically she provided top-notch customer service! I have new lights and they work as intended and I cannot be any happier! If you need beautiful lighting, for your pool...or party...or anything that needs an added sparkle- BUY from this company! They have a good product and an even better team that stands behind them/it!! They/she deserve the now 5 star rating!I ordered these for my pool over the summer. After a night in the pool - they sank to the bottom and filled with water...so I had to toss them (glad I did not pay too much)

These are NOT waterproof. I bought the 4 pack and each one had water inside after putting in aquarium and pond. After the first two failed (would turn off right after turning on) and I found water inside them, I put teflon tape on the threads of the second two to ensure a watertight seal. Alas, both of them did the exact same thing. Not worth the money.

Love all the features. The only one I wanted more of was the strobe light mode. I could not get it to speed up at all on any of the 8 lights. It works but more like a slow heartbeat, not a strobe.

Bought these for camping buckets and was happy to find a pack that each came with their own remote. Colors are so beautiful

The items were exactly what we were looking for, they worked great! The seller was great to work extra hard with us to get us a replacement remote!

I bought these to use in my classroom for a project because they were reasonably priced. The kids loved them so much, they were scrambling to use them. Excellent deal for the price. Remote works well, lights are great and it is sturdy. The primary colors, red, green blue are excellent.

I used these lights for ambient lighting above our shower. They worked great and have an assortment of colour and lighting mode settings. Unfortunately I found the battery life (each light take 3 - AAA batteries does not last anywhere near the advertised 6 hours. They probably lasted about 2 hours in total. They were only on during shower use (15 minutes) and I had to replace batteries in all units, some twice. Kind of expensive due to cost of batteries. Overall, still fun lights and would be great to drop into your kids bath water for some fun.

Everything about them works great..........for about 5 seconds !! Then they go out. Not just one of them.....all four! Some of them may actually last 10 seconds before they go out. You have to jiggle the batteries to re-start but 5 seconds later they're out! Absolute CRAP !

The title of the product lead us to believe that they would sink in the hot tub....they float and the lights shine upwards, not really lighting up the hot tub. They are brught, pretty and water resistant but we needed them to sink or at least light up the water. We are going to glue on weights to at least help them float facing into the water. Fingers crossed

I use these lights for my Camping Buckets and they are just great. I haven't used them in water (don't have a need) but I'm sure they would do the job. Overall they're great. I'll be buying more.

I ordered3 pkgs of 4 each, when the on button was pressed on the remote, the light comes on for 2 seconds and goes off. They also didn’t screw together very good.
