The tunes are recognizable and easy to play. My 5th grader who has been playing trombone for a little more than 6 months now looks forward to practicing using this book. It's much more fun for him to play songs he knows than the unidentifiable selections in his band materials. I've noticed his range has improved considerably since he's been practicing these songs.

Great music book for beginner.

This has given my child numerous hours of practice fun. Thank you for making learning a delight. Her skill level has definitely increases because of this.

It's quite basic, but it would be suitable for absolute beginners. The music in the first half of the book is all in bass clef, then the same music is repeated in the second half of the book in treble clef.
