Just looking for a splitter type thing for USB-c audio and charging so decided to try this and first use it destroyed my 3.3 mm by some how fried it and now I have to get a new one to replace it. I am going to try and get a refund.

I bought this adapter to be able to listen to music via USB C headphones and charge the prone at the same time. But ports on this adapter do not work simultaneously. If I plug my headphones first I will be able to listen to music, but the phone will not see the charger. And if I plug the charger first it will charge the phone, but the sound will not go into headphones. I even tried to plug both at the same time and nothing got to work. If I can use only one port at a time on that thing it becomes totally useless cause it was bought specifically to split the port in two.
