In 2006, Jonathan Carp, MD was visiting a friend in Japan when she took him to a Buddhist-run vegetarian restaurant on the outskirts of the beautiful city of Kyoto. He was introduced to konnyaku in different shapes and in noodles called shirataki. didn't mind texture but the noodles were so liquidy they didn't work well in a sauce. fortunately my girlfriend loves them and took the rest of the box off my hands. keto noodles are better.

Great for keto!
This is definitely not for people who doesn’t understand the concept of ‘keto’.. it’s not regular rice so it’s dumb to expect it to taste like regular rice. This is great way to keto dieters to enjoy different recipes!! Easy to make and so versatile

Severely overestimated how much product this was
This comes with 4 tiny bags. We cooked the rice, and it wouldn't have even been a full service for one if it was a rice based dish.
