its easy to use and it has been helpful with i had exam, test and essay to writing and it make it easy to understand. i highly recommend it if you are studying Japanese or trying to learn and if you have a hard time remembering some of the vocabulary.

Handy reference! I've been taking J classes on and off for ages. When I return to learning, this chart serves as an organized reminder of grammar, number system, essential vocabulary. Without plowing through textbooks, dictionaries, or even the google translator, this lightweight notebook-sized (with 3 holes) resource is perfect for learners of Japanese at all levels.

I married into a Japanese-American family and have been learning Japanese while also exposing my toddlers to Japanese. This is a helpful reference guide, but I do think I would have organized some things differently just based on how my brain works compared to the author. I will be keeping it because it does cover a lot of basics and has proven useful.

My son is learning Japanese in school using level one of a well-known software package (named after an Egyptian artifact) and this matches PERFECTLY with the vocabulary it teaches. Highly recommended for beginners like us.

This chart has six pages and contains common Japanese words in various catergories, all written mostly in hiragana (with some in katakana) and English. It comes laminated and with holes punched through for storage in a binder. It's lacking hiragana and katakana charts so you would have to either print out your own or learn the respective alphabets beforehand in order to be able to read the words easily without relying on the Romaji translations. Other than that, it's a good starting point for learning Japanese and because it's laminated it should last a long time.

Really high quality, laminated resource. Goods into 3xA4 sheets. Double sided. Can fit into a 3 ring binder if you have one (I don't). Would be better with 2 holes, but room to re-punch. All vocab included is useful. Includes numbers, counters, dates, and loads more. Highly recommend.
