So so happy!!!Wow! It’s amazing and looks so much more expensive that what it was. Similar product from an online store was over £100 more! Sensor is very sensitive and at times comes on when you are cleaning the sink so make sure the hose part is not on worktop etc. Has two options of flow....pour or shower which is great for swilling off dishes before dishwasher.Quite a lot of cables/wiring but so sturdy and easy to fit. Love the pull down hose to reach awkward areas and when you put hose back it automatically shuts off the water! So great all round, would and will recommend to everyone!! Thanks Amazon!

I love this black faucet, it works great and looks fantastic with my white cabinets and black and white marble countertops. Very powerful spray. Easy to keep clean in matte black. Modern yet timeless. My contractor had no problem installing it and the quality seems very good - heavyweight but easy to use. Recommended.

Solid faucet. . Replaced a $150 Moen that lasted 1.5 years . Let’s see how long this one lasts. I’m not a plumber by trade but have done hundreds of faucet installs and this one seems very well made. . Thank you for quality .

Update: We liked it, but bit by bit it started falling apart and now, almost 1 year later, the spray button no longer works, the hot/cold silver indication came off, it drips and makes a high pitch sound. I have emailed them 2x and have not received any replies.We love this beautiful black faucet. Such a difference with the old one. It was harder to remove the old one than to install this new one. The only thing I just noticed is a slow drip from where the pull-down sprayer is, not sure why...

Sturdy and good looking, but on a retrofit installation - it is a bear to install. The flex hoses are SHORT - I had to buy two - foot long extenders. But there are no clear installation instructions. The parts pics are small and difficult to understand.After hours, and three stops at plumbing supply houses, I still cannot figure out what is wrong with the spray arm connector . It is on right - but when I use the PAUSE on the spray arm it blows off and floods under the sink. The spray setting is fine - just the PAUSE button blows it off. I cannot find anyway to contact the seller/manufacturer. Help appreciated...

Scrolling to the third page on AMAZON paid off! This is a fantastic product. We love the look and it is perfect in our kitchen remodel. It’s true you get what you pay for... so choose to pay for an inexpensive quality product that is just as good as a popular name brand... see what I did there.

The instructions are badly translated so when you are putting it in here are two things to clarify. When it asks you to put the mounting gasket washer and sink nut do it in that order. There is also a thin washer that goes in-between the faucet and sink onto. Also when putting the sprayer hose into the faucet connection there is a blue and black connector DO NOT FORGET TO PUT THE SMALL WASHER INSIDE IT. If you do it will spray everywhere.
