U.S. Toy US Toy One Jumbo 9" Plastic Magnifying Glass, Black

I picked this up for my Halloween costume, and to my surprise, it actually works! What a fun addition to my spooky outfit!.

I purchased 2 of these magnifying glasses for my kids, ages 5 & 6, and they absolutely love them. They're a great size as well. From top to bottom they are just over 9" in length with the glass itself being 5" of that length. The body of the magnifying glass is a lightweight hollow plastic so it's large size doesn't make it too heavy for little ones. The magnifying glass actually works (I wasn't sure it was going to since it was listed as a toy) and it seems pretty sturdy since my kids haven't been able to crack or break it. There is a decent sized gap between the glass and the plastic frame of the magnifying glass that allows for some play in the glass for whatever reason, but it hasn't allowed the glass to fall out, it just wiggles back and forth a bit. Overall, my kids are happy with it and I'm happy with it and I think it is perfect for the price.

I bought this to go with my daughter’s Velma costume. It held up at the dance and has become a great toy for my son. It was more substantial than expected. Very sturdy. Great value for the money.

Kinda cheap, but it's a prop, it's oversized so it looks perfect. Really puts a final touch on your best Velma

This magnifying glass was of such poor quality. It did not magnify anything.
