Not as advertised
I ordered this item for my mom for mother’s day. The first one I got did not come with the straw, so I ordered a replacement. I received the replacement and another one got delivered with no straw. Therefore I am not going to just buy a new product. Very disappointed because I loved the cup!

Wasted my money
The cup is good however the straw came chipped but I used it anyway. The first time the straw was dropped it shattered. Piece of crap
