first openthese are hefty and chunky boys, they came vacuum sealed and unfurled the biggest pillows i ever owned. as you can see in the picture i come from a long line of crappy pillows, my most "premium" being the ikea curved pillow, which i quickly made use as a back support for epic gaming. the rest are now retired on my chair . these are really tall pillows and the color is muted which is nice. they were cool to the touch and not room temp cold.featuresthey retain their coolness for a long time, as its getting colder out here it may or may not be a good thing for some people. when i opened the box , i felt that i didnt need two pillows so i left one on the bed as a burrito rolled myself in my two blankets. i figured might as well use the other as hip/leg support as a side sleeper and that pillow i left outside was freezing... a good feature for sure during summer.these dont compress so easily, which is good as my other pillows have a gap in the center from long use which shows longevity.sleepingim 150lbs 5'7" and need a lot of weight to compress these. a part of my shoulders if im sleeping on my back , an arm if im side sleeping. otherwise i would choke myself out , these arent your fluffy pillows that feel like sleeping on a marshmellow that would give away instantly.i use the second pillow to straighten out my hips as a side sleeper and use it to elevate my legs on my back to alleviate lower back problems. the pillows feel smooth and cool to the touch , they dont retain or absorb heat at all so my legs are fine; im the type to sleep all covered up but still stick my feet out under the blankets. overall, theres no friction heat and no friction at all with these pillows so they move easily under my double blanket fort.

These have got to be thee most comfortable pillows I have ever laid my head on. I ordered the 2pk so my husband and I can both replace our old flat pillows. They come rolled up like a burrito and are sealed in plastic as soon as you cut the plastic the pillow immediately puffs up. I believe you can also put them in the dryer for a few minutes to help with the fluffing. I am mostly a back sleeper but I do move to my side at times so these work great for me. They are soft and fluffy yet firm, my head doesn't sink all the way down when I lay on them. I really like that they come with their own pillow covering. I chose to still use a pillow case over that, one that matches my sheets however I suppose its not really needed. I haven't had to wash them yet but they are machine washable which is good since I have a fur pup that likes to plop herself on all my pillows with her dirty paws and whatnot. I normally sleep with two pillows but since we brought these in the house I have been using just one. My neck doesn't hurt and my hubby seems to have less headaches. Im not sure it has to do with the pillow but it is very possible. If you are considering these I am here to tell you they are high quality and I believe they are worth every penny.

I got a new one and it is less full than the first one I got. It’s too soft and hurts my neck and shoulder.For the price point I would avoid it. It was an expensive let down. You can find pillows just as good for half or a quarter of the price.I would honestly request a refund but I gave the other pillow to a friend and I am not asking for it back just so I can return the empty shell of a pillow I got.Yes I followed the instructions. I left it out over night after I received it.

My pillow was starting to kill my neck and in desperate need of replacement. I've had my pillow forever, because it's difficult to find one that has the right mix between too hard and too soft for a side sleeper. I waited to post this review, so that I would have some experience with it before I bothered to do so. First, let me tell you I have had neck surgery, and all kinds of issues with my shoulders. I am a side sleeper with generally broad shoulders for a woman. A friend of mine who also has neck issues, recommended them to me. I did a TON of research but the reviews and articles about pillows seem to be slanted toward purchases or famous brands. I ordered the king size, because I tend to also like a little bit of body support. This pillow is both firm malleable and comfortable! I can say that this is probably the best pillow after spending hundreds on Tempur-pedic and at least six other name brands. I highly recommend it to anybody who needs that neck and shoulder support! And also did a wonderful job of not overheating me! That said, I did get a bamboo cotton cover for it

We tried so many pillows and nothing compares. We wanted soft but not so soft that your head falls all the way down and it feels like the pillow is swallowing you. This is just right!

Only had these king size pillows a couple of nights but so far I am very please with them. Seems to hold shape that I start out with in my resting position and holds that position overnight. I have experience a more restful nights sleep and I don't have the discomfort in my neck and shoulders that I have experience in my many other pillows .Again this is early and I look forward to these pillows giving me many more nights of restful sleep.
