love it !! So much so I immediately ordered another one. It is the perfect size to use at the bottom of my feet with plantar fasciitis. Given the fact that I also have bone spurs it really didn't bother them at all. fingers crossed!

These little nubs hit the right spot. I always have one in my carry-on for long flights and in my work messenger bag (I walk a lot) when my feet start to get tired. I also put it on the wall and my shoulder when I have a sore muscle.

Works well, and makes a great cat toy.
I bought this because of foot tendon issues on the recommendation of my primary care provider, and it was good for that. At least, that is, until I got my new cat. Then I couldn't get it away from her long enough to use it. Thankfully, I didn't need it too much by then.5/5 Would recommend as both foot care and cat toy.

The ball is 1.9 inches! Under item description it is listed as 6”L X 6”W X 6”L. Just be advised it’s tiny!
