Caring for an elderly relative with a bedside commode led to some incredibly strong odors in our apartment. Even though the bedside commode is in my relative's room and we air the room by opening a window, unfortunately the foul smell permeated the whole apartment. It got to the point where a neighbor could smell it immediately upon entering the front door. I bought Zero Odor because it promised to eliminate smells rather than just mask them with heavy perfumes and also it said it had no added fragrances. This stuff works miracles. After treating the apartment, that same neighbor did a "sniff test" and confirmed the odor was totally gone. Now, we spray it immediately after our relative goes to the bathroom, and the room is clear within a minute. It does have a very mild, clean scent when first sprayed (reminiscent of light hydrogen peroxide), but it does not linger. If you are dealing with tough biological odors, do not hesitate to buy this! I burnt something in the microwave (bad enough that there was no way to get the smell out) and the black, noxious rolling smoke that came out of it was horrible. The whole house smelled like there had been a house fire. I tried airing out the house with fans, exhausts and open door (had to turn the heat off! 🥶), washing hard surfaces and soft (eg blankets and pet beds), spraying Febreze including on the furnace air filter, putting air fresheners in every room, and putting out plates of baking soda. Nothing alleviated the smell at all. And it was nasty!! I sprayed this in the air in every room and on/under the cabinets where the microwave had been. It immediately smelled better. The next day I still smelled a slightly burnt odor in the kitchen so sprayed the cabinet doors and counter and walls (tile and wall paper) where the disaster occurred. The cabinets are wooden and it didn’t harm them or the washable wall paper. I no longer smell the smoke. If this spray can deal with my issue (I had to buy a new microwave), it can eliminate any odor. The most important things to me after eliminating odors: getting something that is scent free bc i am super super sensitive to smells (like others mentioned, it has a very slight bleach odor.) and it’s safe for pets. My two cats weren’t fazed by me spraying it like I was hosing down the house. I’m getting more to use in the litter room and for any other unwanted smell, large or small. No more room deodorizers or stinky sprays like Febreze for me! One con: the spray bottle is useless. It only came out as a strong stream. I put it in another spray bottle and I was good to go. Many reviewers mentioned this and I think the manufacturer should either improve the spray top or just sell it in a bottle so you know you have to buy your own sprayer. UPDATE: I found that if used frequently it leaves a slight film on things (counters, floors, bathtub, etc). It’s easily removed with a weak solution of vinegar and water. This does not deter me! I still think it’s the best odor neutralizer there is and I’ve ordered more to have in multiple locations (don’t forget to get decent bottles). UPDATE 2: I got an atomizer and used it instead of a regular spray bottle and I prefer the fine spray which doesn’t leave as much residue.

Extremly effective at elminating ordors without an overpowering smell. Leaves behind a fresh clean scent. Only issue is the spray mechanism. It broke quickly and I ended up having to use a different empty spray bottle. Make sure to have an empty spray bottle on standby if you purchase this.

As far as odor killing concerns this is the best product I've ever used. I live in a household that has a dog, a cat, and various reptiles kept in terrariums. All I have to do is spray a couple of times and it neutralizes the odors. It doesn't have any smell, no perfumes. It's just straight odor neutralization. I don't mind spending $16 a month on this because it is so well worth it. I 100% highly recommend this product, especially if you have tough odors in your home, car, or wherever. Definitely an A+ product.

This has a bleach smell to it. It does eliminate the odors that it is getting sprayed for. But replaced with a bleach smell. Do not accidentally breathe it in!! There is a different brand that smells like nothing / slightly sweet when sprayed. I would prefer that brand over this one for that reason.

It really works! No fragrance but the smell is gone!

THIS IS A VERY GOOD PRODUCT AND DOES THE JOB IT SHOULD. ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE TAKING CARE OF SICK PEOPLE. IT WORKS GREAT ON THE BAD ODERS. THE ONE THING THAT NEEDS TO BE CHANGED IS THE SPRAYER PUMP, I GUESS THATS THE NAME OF THE THING THAT YOU PUSH FOWN TO MAKE IT SPRAY. THE ONE I RECEIVED IS SO HARD TO PUSH DOWN, IT HURTS MY FINGER. AND VERY LITTLE COMES OUT WHEN I DO GET IT TO GO DOWN. HAVE A TOUGH TIME GETTING IT TO WORK BUT MY STROKE DOESN'T HELP EITHER WITH MY STRENGTH. THANK YOU

This product is amazing. My long winter coat got covered in a terrible smell after sitting in the back of an Uber. I don't know if it was strong perfume or air freshener on the seat but my coat smelled so bad I couldn't wear it. I tried wiping it with a vinegar solution but that didn't help. I tried steaming it and leaving it outside to air out but that didn't work. Then I saw the reviews for this product and decided to try it. I sprayed the smelly area of the coat so it was soaked and then left it outside to air out for a few hours. The smell was greatly reduced. I repeated the process the next day and now the coat doesn't smell. I highly recommend this product!

Recomiendo este producto. Al principio huele un poco a lejía y luego a nada. A mí me da la sensación de que refresca y quita olores al instante, aunque no sé cuánto duraría el efecto en algo muy maloliente en casa por ejemplo. Lo uso sobre todo en ropa o zonas del suelo cerca de donde tengo los areneros de mis gatos.

That stuff actually works. Since housetraining my dog, there has been certain spots that I’ve just not been able to get the urine smell out of, but THIS STUFF DID IT. I’m recommending this to everyone now lol. There is a slight chlorine type of smell for the first minute or so, but it goes away. I think they call it a tracer scent, it’s just so you can remember where you’ve sprayed? Which I think is smart. Also love that it’s safe to use around my dog.

Bought this with high hopes. I am extremely disappointed. It has a bleach-like odor. Does absolutely nothing to remove the odors.

Wow, my cat had urinary crystals and dealing with an infection. My couch was 2 weeks old and she peed on it. It was awful. I steamed, fabreezed it to death but you can't get rid of that odour. I bought enzyme solutions , nothing.Hired a company to try and get it out but it didn't work. That was a $300+ solution and didn't work. Before throwing now couch out I tried this product. The reviews seemed promising so I gave it a shot. It wasn't cheap but cheaper than a new couch. I sprayed it and even just poured some on it. 24hrs later its dry and the smell is gone. Amazing!
