Nice and mobile
My husband takes this to work and it has saved his back several times. He loves that it is shorter and easy to take with him. Good firmness on it too.

Great quality product
This was exactly what I needed to be able to stretch my back. My physical therapist showed me how to do several stretches using this product and I saw the value of it so I purchased this one from Amazon and have loved it! My back feels so much better after I do a few stretches especially if I have been leaning over or working at the computer. I took it to physical therapy one day and the physical therapist and several others in the office commented on the good quality and thought it was an amazing price.

Awesome but
The media could not be loaded. It’s made out of packing material so it’s going to have a short life. But it does hold my weight and it does do what it’s intended to do so your call! Not durable. Value for your money depends on your money. It does work. This is great pain relief or stretch. It’s very firm.

the roller was too hard on the outside and very uncomfortable to use on my arm.
I purchased this product after using a roller by a different product manufacturer in physical therapy and this product was just painful to use and as it's made by a well-known physical therapy product name I was disappointed it didn't work for me at all.
