These are the best vitamins I have ever had. I spent quite a bit of time going through Ingredients in many, many vitamins until I found these. They have the best and most all round ingredients and were what I was looking for. I have seen an improvement in my skin, nails, stamina and nerve endings. Love them

Happy with the formulation of this vitamin. I don't have a problem swallowing this pill, but rated it lower because it is on the big side and maybe an issue for others.

I bought this because I needed a vitamin that had some potassium in it. I had no idea what great benefits I would get from it! I went to the doctor and she said my blood work was beautiful. I don’t get many compliments but I’ll take any I can get inside or outside!

Vitamins are vitamins...unless they aren't. this is a complete formula that hasn't left anything out, but most importantly, this product doesn't upset your stomach, or make you taste vitamin all day long. Most people not living in the 3rd world don't really need vitamin supplementation, even if all you do is eat junk food. But life is challenging and stressful, illnesses happen, and ensuring all the cracks are filled is never a bad idea. If you're looking for an easy to tolerate, complete formula, that is tolerable by most: look no further, you've found your vitamin. Highly recommended.

Let me start off by saying I'm a 33 year woman...and I need to be more observant. I bought these because my other vitamins were no longer available. But I'm not the type of person to waste so I've been taking them. And work just as well. Definitely recommend.

Good vitamins but they taste nasty
