Great tool. Very effective in freeing up plugged grease fittings & joints.
My Kubota tractor has several grease fittings that are extremely difficult to pump grease into. I have tried changing the fittings but that really had no effect. I saw this tool on youtube and thought I had nothing to lose...It is very easy to use. You fill up the chamber with a light penetrating oil, insert the piston and then attach to the grease fitting. Tap lightly with a hammer and it starts to inject the oil into the fitting. Depending on the volume of grease in the fitting on the equipment, you may need to inject a second application of oil. I have found that letting the penetrating oil stay in the joint overnight really helps. The next day I purge the penetrating oil with fresh grease and I'm good to go.This is a really well made tool. I highly recommend it.

Great tool
great tool had a few zerks that I had not been able to clear, I put some light oil It and after a number of light taps I could see it giving way and a few more taps, it was clear, had a second one and did the same thing and was able to clear it was well, IN the past it would have taken removing the zerk, taking a drill bit and clearing the hardened grease out and reinstalling the zerk,in the past I had a lower cost tool, and I had tried it with grease in it, and never did get it to work in the end it broke, and I replaced it with this one, (I think the trick is using the light oil or diesel fuel)..

Leaks Out the Fittings
Seems like a quality product otherwise, but the thin oil it is made to be filled with pours right out of the grease fitting at the end. Did it with both fittings that came with it and another used fitting I placed on it. I am not talking about around the threads used to bolt the fitting on (which they recommend using thread lock for in the instructions), but the very end/opening of the fitting itself that clamps onto the zerk fittings. This is logical as well as you can actually see light right through the fittings. How this is working for others I am baffled.Obviously did not fix my problem.

Glad I bought it
Worth the money! I used it on lower ball joint grease fitting, on Ch. pickup. Used it with Marvel Mystery Oil. I was about ready to give up on it when the obstruction broke loose. Cheeper than replacing a ball joint, and much easier. Glad I bought it.

Three broke loose pretty easily with this
Got this to break loose some grease zerk fittings on a planters. We have a dewalt battery powered gun that could never work on them. Three broke loose pretty easily with this. Two we had to hammer away on, take a break and come back to but sure enough it broke all of them loose. We used WD-40 for our oil.

Well made but no success so far.
I have a few stubborn fittings on my excavators. I had high Hope's that this device would clear them, but so far I haven't had any luck with them. I am trying Aerocroil fluid and soaking the affected bones for days, but so far I have had no success.

Amazing Little Tool
This thing worked amazingly for some of the clogged grease fittings on my twenty-year-old Toro Proline walk behind lawnmower; I had to use it several times on some of the fittings, but they all finally came clean. I used light machine oil, but understand from some reviewers here on Amazon and elsewhere that I could have used WD-40 or even mineral spirits. It worked great for me, and I intend to use it occasionally just to keep the fittings clean, as I had ignorantly and unintentionally let some of them go too long between maintenance and discovered the hard way that machines just won't work without proper maintenance.http://www.amazon.com/IPA-7862H-Grease-Joint-Rejuvenator/dp/B0000AXDB3?ie=UTF8&ref_=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_15

Didn't work to well.
Didn't touch two small grease ports. There is very little documentation and what is there is sparse at best. It did free up a clogged port on the old lawn mower though.
