Caused a hell big pain in my stomach. Not recommended. I stopped the intake after 3 days.Side effects:1. Diarrhea2. Stomach ache and upset3. Discoloured stool4. Constipation

First of all instead of 30 caps,it contained only 29. Didn't seem to work considering it says it 10,000mcg.Also since number of caps were altered ,it could very possibly be adulterated. I have usually used tabs of 500mgc.
