Heavy whipping cream stabilizer Works excellent!
This is a staple item in my pantry. It keeps my whipped cream fresh and it does not separate when I use this product a stabilizer. I prefer true whipped cream for my deserts rather than cool whip . So this is what I personally use. Hope this review helps another home baker.

Where has this stuff been all my life??? I found this whipped cream stabilizer completely by accident when I was looking for Dr.Oetker pudding. It's amazing! I'm a home baker and have always been looking for a way to stabilize real whipping cream. Some ways don't work and some ways make it taste funny. This is perfect! It held the shape of my piped swirls for hours. Had no taste at all and didn't change the texture of the whipped cream. Good price, good quality, 5 stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Fantastic A Must Have in Your Kitchen
Always use a packet of this stabilizer powder when whipping cream. It will keep for days in the fridge. This keeps it from separating.

Perfect!!
If you haven't used this to stabilize your whipping cream, you are missing out!!! A friend told me about this years ago and I've been using it since then. It's so nice to whip cream prior to dinner so you don't need to when your house if full of guests. This really works and I highly recommend it. Your whip cream will hold firm for hours prior to usage!

So expensive
Actually u pay $3.65 for one pkg of .35 once. Which really expensive. When I bought it I thought it comes in a box of 2. Sadly I paid $6 and some change for 2 pkgs. I wrote the review before I open the pkg cause it arrived the second day. Was happy. When I open the pkg I knew I got ripped off

Holds up whipped cream great
I cater. Sometimes need whipped cream to stand up outside for over an hour. This is my go-to. Always in my pantry.
