HAIFUAN Bluetooth Digital Lock,Unlock with Card, Code, App & Key (Compatible with Alexa) (HFAM10B-L-NB)

This is a solid, secure, stout lock. Extremely easy to install, especially if you are replacing an existing lockset - just one ½" hole to drill. There were two very minor things I noticed about the machining/fabrication that could use some refining, but not deal-breakers at all.First, there are three screws that connect that inside plate to the outside plate. the alignment of the predrilled holes was not precise so I had to be very careful not to cross-thread the top screw. I had to loosen the bottom 2 screws first then apply some force to straighten the top screw as I threaded it in.Second, the battery case is a snug fit for the 4 AA batteries (not included), and one of the batteries was not making contact with the positive terminal so initially the lock would not power up. I actually thought I had a defective unit until I took a very close look at the batteries and noticed the tiny gap. Ater sliding the battery up to make contact the lock fired right up.The app that allows you to control access and create codes is legit. So simple, it just does what it is supposed to and looks to be well thought out. These guys know what they are doing, I'll be buying several more of their locks to use on our Airbnb.

I like the lock but the directions for installing could be much better as well as the video. The video is a computer voice. The app is very hard to figure out and use and I’m pretty tech savvy. Over all it’s a good product it’s just the directions and app that’s the problem.The lock comes with 2 cards. We needed more and had a hard time finding some as well as we wanted to add a “hub” for remote use. We didn’t realize the remote access was an add on. If we had we probably would have looked at a different lock. The hub was an extra $39 and 4 more cards was $10. Once you add that to the price we could have bought a better lock with this all included.

I love the way it looks on my door. The way that it works with alexa is the biggest feature. It also can be unlocked with the very reliable apps. It never failed me from using the voice command, wifi and bluetooth- so far. But if those fail, i have the ic card to open it too. It works just like those on the hotel rooms- fancy. Ok so what happened if i forgot to bring my cellphone with me, or even the ic card? Fear not, theres a combination number that you can program to open it. Just in case that the battery fails, you still have those actual keys to open it. Just in case your ic cards got lost or stolen, you can quickly disable those cards via apps' settings. Not to mention about the programmable expiration dates of its validity for your house guests. (access cards and pin numbers)What i dislike about it? None so far. I highly recommend this door knob. Originally the lock had some difficulties functioning when first put together (The lock wouldn’t open from the outside). After contacting the seller, they shipped new parts in an attempt to fix the problem. This did not work. I contacted the seller again, and they promptly shipped a brand new lock which installed easily, and it works flawlessly. I bought the gateway so the lock can be managed remotely, and that works well too. I am very happy with this door lock. The app functionality, the key, the keypad, and the keycard are all bonuses that make the lock work in so many ways. The connectivity with Alexa is a nice bonus as well (the gateway is required for that). Great product!

Excellent product. I just wish I had the option to lock the inside also. But other than that. It operate exactly as expected.

Very slick door lock and great for a rental property. I've been using it for a couple months and battery life seems to be as advertised.

Easy to install, easy to operate and no failures yet. So far I love this lock and the fact it locks behind me and I don't need to find a key any longer.

I got this knob about a year ago for the main entrance in my home and for the most part, it’s surpassed my expectations. It’s fairly cheap for a knob that can connect to your phone, straightforward to install, the batteries last forever in it, and it locks and unlocks as you want it to. Recently the knob wouldn’t unlatch, and when I took it apart I saw that the actual latch mechanism was broken. It has been over a year, but when I contacted the seller, they replied within an hour and said they would send me a replacement part. I have since received the part, which looks better quality than the original, and reinstalled the knob and it is working good once again. I would recommend to anyone looking for a decently priced knob with some cool features.

Received a used lock. It works but it cannot be fully programmed. It won’t let me program my own codes or reset the lock to start over so I am stuck with a 8 digit code

Had this unit for a year and now it won't lock anymore. Have emailed the manufauturer and still waiting for a reponse. Frustrating to spend this much money and it won't lock. :(

I ordered this product and it did work awesome for the first year. However the keypad was slow to turn on to put the code in. It just stopped working altogether recently. Changed the batteries and nothing. So changed them again to to be sure and still nothing. So ultimately works for a year and then dies.

It is pretty heavy-duty. A little confusion about the setup but I have it now hook to hub and it is working with Alexa, open and closing. I would buy another one.
