I like this methylfolate. Its not the most potent or the cheapest, but the flavor is good, seems to work better than some cheaper alternatives, and I can titrate the does up or down depending on my diet and needs. Seller is A+++. Thanks

I enjoy taking these chewable Methyl Folate because they are not chalky, but flavorful. These will become a regular subscription.

This far, I haven’t used the pill long enough to judge its effectiveness. However, it has a great taste when it’s being chewed.

My daughter has a genetic mutation and her PCP recommended she take methylfolate so I bought this and she has been taking it for a year or so. Effectively I don’t have anything to compare it with, but what I really appreciate is that they melt in your mouth and especially that the cover over the opening of the bottle has a great little pull tab making it really easy to pull off...unlike so many coverings that are difficult to remove.

I do think these provide an added boost to my days. And I look forward to eating these guys of all the vitamins I take due to the flavor.

Love this product. I am a hugs fan of sublingual form and methylated forms( Science on this can be easily verified so won't bore you). I am taking this to insure I get adequate amounts of folate that is biologically available in current form i.e. Methyl. I also feel it is crucial because of its interrelation with B12 and Im sure I don't have to give a dissertation on this relationship. And then there is Folate and B12s critical relationship to the bodies methylation processes. I am waiting for the results of my MTHFR test to come back to see if I have the folate SNP (single nucleotide polymorphism). wether that comes back positive or not this is a product I will take for the rest of my life along with methyl B12. They are both too critical to even take a chance of allowing cells going low on. Maybe Im nutty but I challenge all to do their research to prove me wrong. Also all to get tested for the MTHFR Snip, as they call it. Im crazy enough and don't want to throw fuel on the fire!
