If you had told me how well nasal strips work for the chronically congested, deviated septum, or just mouth breathers out there, I wouldn't have believed you.Until I bought these mostly out of curiosity and a little out of the fact that my fiance is upset with my not so quiet sleeping.These are a nice lavender smell, and stay smelling pretty much the entire night. It's not overwhelming at all nor is it distracting. I never could breath well through my nose when I was laying down, it made me feel like I was suffocating. But these make it nice and easy to do and do those breathing exercises to help you relax and fall asleep.Placement matters, people! Pay attention to the instructions, don't put them too high or too low on your nose or else they won't be as efficient at opening up your nares.Oh, and also, these are sticky like non other. Could probably use them as a hair waxer if you wanted to, so if you have sensitive skin, heat them up a bit before pulling them off (makes it 10x easier and better for your skin). For you down in the dirt, rough people out there, just rip it off your nose. Doesn't leave any adhesive or marks on your nose, just pulls on the skin a bit when taking it off that way.

Having been notified by my wife of my increased and loud snoring, culminating in spending a few nights on the couch, I opted to try these strips out as well as test a chin strap. I can say the strap didn't work by itself or provide more of an improvement over what these strips did anyway.The strips have a scratch-and-sniff application of lavender that's supposed to help you get to sleep quicker and sleep better. I can't say with veracity if it does or doesn't help but I'll take all the help possible. The strip's adhesion is great and they stayed on my nose with each application. Just make sure to dry-wipe your nose prior to remove oils and clean the area the strip will get applied to. These are comfortable and really, I can't say I recall ever waking up at night wondering what was on my nose.Too, even if you don't snore, these strips are designed to help in breathing. Once applied they lift and separate the nostrils to allow more air in. This removes any sort of "stuffy" nose feelings and alone I'd recommend and give them a 5 star. My wife reports that while they don't completely eliminate snoring, the strips do help greatly reduce how much and how loud I am so that's a huge positive.

Works great, like the scent! My only issue is the adhesive was so strong, it essentially peeled off some skin with it! The bridge of my nose was red and irritated after 1wk of usage. I don't think I would use it on a regular basis for that reason.

These strips are great. They comfortable, I prefer the fit of these. The Lavender smell is nice, and really just a hint/essence of lavender, it is not over powering. And most of all, it helps my honey sleep as I am not snoring like a freight train all night.

The product does work, it does open my nasal passage and I like how it works. The downside is that it's a bit big for my nose and I have to trim it down. Also the lavender scent is too much, the first one I used I had to take off after half an hour because it was making me nauseous. So I open them all and put them in a bag with baking soda and it has reduced the scent enough that I can use them again. Also just want to add, because I saw a couple reviews saying it took skin off.... #1. Don't rip these off, take it slow and #2. If it pulls your skin when removing, use a q tip with a bit of rubbing alcohol or a warm wash cloth to soften/release the glue. Overall I like the product but next time I'm going to try the sm/md clear ones and see if it fits better and avoid the scent.

I've been using Breathe Right Strips for years...decades even.And in my mind, they are still the absolute best that the industry has to offer.I've tried many other brands in an attempt to get a better quality strip or to find something that was as good but perhaps a little cheaper. But I've been unable to do so, and really it's not even close. Breathe Right remains the King.I definitely don't get as good of a night's sleep without these. While again, I've tried other strips, these promote the best sleep.And I love the lavender scent combined with the 50% extra strength. I like the lavender and I like the extra 50%.They can be a little tricky to remove from the nose if you have thin or sensitive skin in that area. If that ever happens to me, I try to put a little piece of Kleenex or something on the sensitive area before I apply the strip at night. And I always wash my nose before I put the strip on just to make sure I have good adhesion.I have recommended these to everybody I know. Most people, for whatever reason, are resistant to try them. I feel like these would help pretty much everybody sleep better. If you're not using them, buy a box and try them for a few weeks. See if you don't notice that you get a better night's sleep. I'd be surprised if you didn't.My dad happens to be an ENT. Despite being a doctor, I don't think he knew much about these early on--I mean they don't require a prescription or anything.But after a few years, he started recommending Breathe Right strips to his patients. He recommended them to me, although I was already using them though LOL! But I think he recommends them to people for snoring.Personally, I like them just because I feel like I sleep and breathe so much better when I use them. Does it help my storing? Maybe a little. I feel like I would definitely snore more without them.This is one of the absolute best products available here on Amazon.Highly recommended!
