Trace Minerals Electrolyte Stamina Power Pak - Cherry Limeade 30 Pkts

After spending between $8-$10 per hydration tea at the nutrition store, I purchased these packets. I got the Lime, Cherry Lime and Watermelon. They're all really good. I mix my tea up and have my energy for the day. We really like this stuff.

This product kept me from getting sick the 3rd day of my trip as normally happens. It balanced my system with the electrolytes. I will not take a trip without it in the future.

Since most of the food we eat is depleted in minerals, its a great daily replacement...and comes in many flavors.. and I in my own experience, if you try real hard it can help you wean from from unhealthy energy drinks...

My opinion is that this product from Trace Minerals is superior to other similar products. Power Pak Vitamin C by Trace Minerals is a staple I keep on hand in my cupboard plus I keep a few packets in my purse and in my car. I also put it in my water bottle when working out. Favorite flavors are Cherry/Lime and Tangerine.

Yet another review: Simply put, I could not make it through the summer without these. Lifesaver and cramp-eliminator. Might even be a good immune system boost, I have not been ill in years since I started taking this!!

Its OK...taste's fine, but you need to mix it up pretty well (doesn't mix easily).
