My favourite one
I like to cook soup a lot and its the best one to make my soup flavour rich. Good for rice soup and fried vegetables also. I will order more for original sardine stock powder.

Just add unami flavor without effort
I bought dried shitake, nori and Bonito flakes to make my own. With these, just add 1 or 2 teaspoons to sauce and you get same results. Highly recommend. Also arrived fast.
