Easy to install, didn’t need the vacuum for our brakes, did notice that when we have sharp corners like on-ramps I can hear the tires squealing, contacted the company they said they have heard of anyone with that issue

The product went in a little easier than I expected. It was time consuming and a little technical, but with help from their support team I was able to do it on my own and save a lot of money! I called the help number 3 or 4 times. Each time I called an actual human answered the phone and transferred me to technical assistance. After the transfer, another person picked up and was able to answer my questions (and they seemed glad to help me!). Every time I called I had the same great experience! It was such a surprise to have this type of service! (It's kind of sad that good customer service is a surprise). The product works as it should, but again it was the service that was the best part.

I did it by myself and took me the whole day long but everything is working. The unit is heavy and well made.

Product worked as advertised. Instructions and video pretty good. Ample wire/hose provided. Lengthy install and fairly involved wiring on my 2020 JLU Sahara, but doable. Mounting/setting the brake switch the biggest PITA due to tight space. Mount the compressor on top of the fuse box. Easiest location for that component. eTrailer has a video. Also get a couple of spare breakaway lanyards/pins. Curt part# 52020 works perfectly and is only $3 ea at Home Depot.

Watched 2 Youtube videos and followed the wiring diagram. About 1 hour total time start-to-finish. I mounted the main box on top of the motor cover with some short screws. Rides just fine, out of the way, can be removed if needed. Works perfectly! Will be awesome towing my truck behind the RV.

I have this brake system installed on two of my vehicles. A Jeep Liberty and now on a GMC Canyon. Haven’t used it on the Canyon yet but it is ready to go. Been using on the Liberty for 4 years. Only problem I have had is the cable to the brake pedal broke. Other than that I love the convenience of just flipping a switch to get it ready!
