I have trouble walking and I bought these bands to help strengthen my knees, legs and thighs.

These bands are really nice. They are heavy duty and have a lot of resistance. Nice to have three sizes too.

They’re soft and comfortable..!! Good value for the price..

Great! Way more comfortable than the standard rubber resistance bands. I find them more challenging as well.

These resistance bands are cloth based instead of rubber based and the resistance is therefore stiffer. There are some exercises where not having a loose rubber stretch is a good thing; it varies things up. Being cloth not rubber also means they slip much less and are much more likely to stay in the same place throughout each set. The bands are also more durable than rubber, I can’t see how one could snap one of these, but I’ve snapped many a rubber resistance band in the past. I am excited to rotate these bands into my hip strengthening exercise rotation.Note: The bag that comes with the set I found to be too small to easily hold all three bands, I have to work hard to just barely fit them in. I just ignore the provided bag and throw the bands into my exercise bag.

I have a tiny bedroom and no real room to do intense workouts so I'm always trying to find ways to push my muscles a bit further for a better workout. These definitely help! Even the lightest one is pretty hard at first (I haven't worked up to the heaviest lol) and I absolute feel the burn from them.They feel very sturdy and durable, I'm not afraid to really do deep squats or leg raises with them and I'm never nervous that they're going to snap on me. I've had them for a good few months now and there's no wear and tear on them. For the price they retail at (I got them at no cost for the purposes of reviewing) I'm seriously impressed.

I've used resistance bands before, but generally they were the rubberized plastic ones that tend to grab bare skin, and smell vaguely of rubber. These have a cloth-like exterior with the rubber like bands sewn into the fabric. There are three different lengths which, I believe vary only by circumference and not by resistance. The bands I am familiar with from the gym come with various tensions meaning you can choose the resistance in your workout. I can see and feel no evidence that this is true of these, merely that they are intended for different areas on the body. Still, they seem well made, and should last for decades.

I take classes at a gym and we’ve started to incorporate resistance bands into our work outs so I wanted to get some so I could also use them at home. These bands are perfect! The ones I use at the gym are rubber so they tend to roll and slide and pull at my skin, they’re just not very comfortable. Not these! Since they’re fabric, they stay in place and don’t roll, they’re so much better. I love that they also come in three different sizes which allows you to have more or less resistance. They have a little carry pouch included as well so storage is a breeze. Definitely recommend them!!
