Beck/Arnley Pcv Valve - 045-0262

Not much to say about a new PCV valve. It came quickly, it was priced nice, it's a good product company for standard replacement car parts. After 50k miles(or more) my old valve didn't seem damaged or stuck (same brand). I was losing oil and knew it was overdue to be replaced even if the old one seems fine. That's just telling of how well they are made. (I saved the old one to clean and see if there's a difference because it didn't look bad at all, and if not, I won't have to buy one again.) Whatever you decide about cleaning and keeping or replacement, you can't go wrong here. I can only hope your situation for needing to mess with it over loss of oil IS the answer. Other reasons only get worse from here. 😥 PS. Exhaust smoke doesn't always happen over burnt oil, and if that's a symptom, this isn't gonna fix your engine oil loss. Or the engine itself.

Really easy to replace and work with no problem. Excellent buy.

The right part

Also replaced grommet that it fits into. Took like 3 minutes to do. Had the original and I could barely hear the ball inside moving around when shaking. Also pretty oily. An old pcv valve can increase oil usage and affect smooth idle, so seemed prudent to replace.

Absolutely amazing, could not recommend. Quality is great, worth every penny, great material!!

Perfect fit

It's a simple pcv valve for my Honda Accord. Cheap and effective. I had high oil consumption so I replaced the valve and it fixed the oil consumption problem. Sure, I could have just cleaned the old one but for the cost, why bother? Just remember to replace the grommet as well (sold separately).
