I got these capsules for my partner who's been struggling with sleep but have ended up trying them myself as well, to see how well they work.I really like this natural sleep aid because it's nothing like any other natural sleep supplements. That's because most of these natural sleep supplements you find on the market only help with one aspect of sleep, for example, many sleep herbs help you fall asleep quicker but they don’t necessarily help you stay asleep. Or, they may help you improve your deep sleep but this type of remedies take longer to work and it may take weeks before you see any effects.The GoodNight supplement helps with both aspects of sleep: falling asleep and staying asleep. And it works pretty quickly. I found this supplement helped my partner fall asleep from the day he started taking it. He said to me it knocked him out. It was hard to believe as he was always so restless and he didn't find it easy to fall asleep. So I tried it myself as well to see what it does for me. It truly does work. When I took this supplement I would fall asleep much quicker than I normally would (although I don't normally struggle with sleep). When it comes to staying asleep it may take more than a few days for this supplement to work. I think it really depends on an individual and their stress levels but it's definitely worth trying and seeing what it can do for you. Initially, it's recommended to take one capsule a day but if this is not having much effect on you, try two capsules. Based on my experience, I am happy to recommend it. The price is great too.

I've been struggling getting asleep for a quite amount of time. The main problem was not falling asleep late but the great fatigue in waking up at a decent hour in the dayafter and of course the tiredness. I'm trying this product at the moment and even if I keep having issue in getting asleep, I'm managing in waking up early more easiy and with less problems.I don't know if it's a matter of placebo effect or this effectively works honestly.

These are brilliant. I have been taking them since 2020. At that time I had a mental breakdown/burn out. I was sleep deprived. Dr. Put me on anti depressants which did help but I hate beds. They made me put on loads of weight. So I finally found these and they really work . I take them about an hour before I want to sleep. I also take extra magnesium 400mg at the same time. No side effects

I've been suffering terrible insomnia for nearly 6 months now and absolutely nothing, including prescribed medication, has helped. So after a desperate search on Amazon I found these and decided it couldn't hurt to try. I stayed on them for 5 weeks before finally giving up because even though they did help a little, one of the ingredients in them must be a diuretic because I have been getting up between 3 and 4 times a night for a wee! And in between visits to the bathroom I am still left feeling like I need to urinate so even though they were helpful in one way they were also the reason I was getting out of bed so much. I have stopped taking them the past 3 days now and I'm finding it much harder to sleep again(basically impossible) but I have stopped needing to urinate all night too so it was definately something in this causing the issue. I thought the interruption was worth it to begin with but after 5 weeks of it I couldn't do it anymore. So worth a try, but be warned that you may become very familiar with your bathroom...

If I could give no stars I would. Advertised as containing melatonin but no mention of it in the ingredients when they arrived. Used for insomnia but made no difference whatsoever. Complete rip off.

Was very sceptical that these wouldn’t work. I usually take doctors sleeping tablets but wanted to come off them and try natural. These did the same job with no grog in a morning.

This was my third purchase. But this time I am very disappointed because of changed ingredients. Instead of magnesium bisglycinate, which contributes to sleep now they used magnesium oxide which is a cheap and the worst form of magnesium. Also it doesn't' contain 5HTP anymore, which is melatonin alternative.

This is an excellent product. I have no idea how, but the natural ingredients in the pill work great. I had recently been having some issues with my sleep - working from home, with the pandemic, etc - it was quite often during the week that my sleep was disturbed, often interrupted by bad dreams. I have now been taking these pills for all past week and it was long time since I was able to sleep this well like in the past days. I was able to fall asleep quickly and get up energized, after a proper sleep and dreams. Capsules are very easy to swallow too and the feel of them is that this is a very natural product. Definitely highly recommended.
