Frame is nicer than expected and arrived in great condition. Knocking 1/2 star only because some of the inner foam (area cutout for the tassel) was slightly jagged in a couple of spots. Very difficult to see and not enough where I feel I should return/replace but quality assurance should catch things like that. For those with tassels that are long and hang too low, it is very easy to snip the ends just enough to hang nicer. I had no problem matching up the diploma behind the mats and hanging the tassel is simple. Will be buying a 2nd one.

It is an excellent frame
It is an excellent frame that allows you to customize other portions of the structure, which is perfect for my MBA degree diploma from Imperial College London because British degree diplomas are not as fancy as American ones. However, I am a little disappointed that it is not glass. Overall, I am really happy with the price and the out come of my diploma display.

Would be good if frame was available in both horizontal and vertical. High school diplomas in Alberta are vertical.
