Cabot Seriously Sharp Cheddar Cheese 2lbs

Great product to purchase. Lasts quite a while. Crumbly and satisfying. Used on pizza and for cheese bread too as well as indulging on it as a snack or part of a meal.

Cheese not kept cold enough during shipping so extremely crumbly but it is great flavor cheese

The cheese is delicious but it arrived warmer than it should have been --- weeping---with the cooling bag entirely flat.

Must have been previously frozen. Just crumbled instead of slicing

I was looking forward to receiving this cheese, after buying some from my local grocery. Seriously sharp Cabot cheddar, yummy flavor, sharp and crumbly. This 2 # block I ordered from Amazon is very bland, soft and creamy like solidified paste. Expensive purchase at $40. I know I can't send it back, because I have already tasted it. But I hope someone will write back, at least, and explain the difference, and how they can justify this "bait and switch" business practice. Not at all what I expected from Cabot.

The same brand that I got at the grocery store was a lot sharper.
