Was so excited to see this on Amazon for such a reasonable price as we had been looking for an outdoor set with grayish wicker and blue cushions. Delivery was relatively quick considering it originated in CA and had to come to the east coast and the boxes were in great condition when FedEx dropped them off (2 separate boxes weighing 80-90lbs each). First thing we noticed when opening was....the blue cushions weren't even CLOSE to being as vibrant blue as the online picture suggests. More of a muted, blueish-green hue thing going on. My wife and I had a brief discussion about returning, but decided the color could still work for us especially considering the price. We unboxed and assembled one box at a time - sofa and coffee table are in one box with hardware, chairs and ottoman pieces in 2nd box with hardware. Printed instructions left a LOT to be desired, but after carefully looking it over, you can get the gist of what they are trying to say. Definitely takes 2 people to support large pieces to try to line up bolt holes. We found that many of the pre-drilled holes didn't quite match up to the pre-mounted nuts causing some cross-threading when trying to hand start bolts. Took a LOT of tugging and twisting of frame pieces to even begin to line up. Once all were started, I went back to tighten and a few couldn't run all the way up to the frame without rounding out the allen head. When we were half-way through assembly of the 2nd box, it was obvious we didn't have enough hardware. I believe there should have been one bag of hardware for each chair/ottoman combo - there was only ONE bag for both our chairs and ottomans. Off to Lowes I went at 9:15pm so that we could finish the job. Once all assembled, the collection does look nice and seems to be sturdy - even the sofa where a few of the bolts didn't completely run up to the frame when tightening.

It was delivered by FedEx and that guy was the nicest ever! He put it in the garage for me instead of leaving the huge boxes on the porch. It was packaged very well. The instructions to put it together could be better, but we figured it out. Be warned that it does take two to put it together. You will need an electric screwdriver and a drill for stronger efficiency. Takes patience to get it together, but it is well worth it. Finished product is absolutely beautiful.

I am very happy with the set. The 3 section couch with end table along with the 2 lounge chairs with chaise is perfect for entertainment! I was looking for grey and blue set and this was it. The colors are perfect. Assembly was fairly easy with the UTube videos. I didn’t tighten anything until all were in and that seemed to work well. The 3 section couch I did have a 2nd person. The chairs, end table and chaise were aligned great and no issues.

The set we ordered is exactly what I have been looking for for 2 years and more! price wise it can't be beat and is a tremendous value! I love the color of the p.e. and cushions too! The customer service is excellent with Ovios as well, they answer any questions very quickly. This beautiful set will last a lifetime. Only drawback, It is time consuming/difficult to assemble without the proper tools.

After reading other reviews, I was a little concerned about assembly. However, though an extra pair of hands would have been very helpful, this old lady was able to single-handedly tackle the job! I would have given it only 4 stars, since I did not receive enough bolts to complete the assembly. However, if I had waited another day instead of putting everything together the day it was delivered and buying enough bolts to complete the assembly, the extra bolts came in the mail! The set looks great on my deck, and I'm thrilled that the covers can be removed and washed!

Better than expected, very comfortable and looks great, need to improve on assembly screws that are very easy to strip the head during assembly, my box came with 8 screws missing for one of the foot rest which I purchase from the homedepo for about $3

We needed an extra veranda and needed furniture to complement it. The item from Ovios were exactly what was needed. It is comfortable and easy to rearrange as needed.

Overall - I am thrilled! Comfortable, size matches my space ( it is not bulky or overpowering! ), it has some style, and is sturdy. It took a little doing to get some of the bolts to line up on one of the chairs. Two people putting it together is helpful!
