Bought for my 7 year old grandson to help him understand how to take care of plants. He and I shopped for plants / veggetable plants for him to grow. Would have added a picture but my grandson has the book!

My nieces both are learning from their parents, the importance of self sustainability. Growing some of their own foods, as well as raising chickens and rabbits for food, keeping bees for honey, forging edible wild plants and berries, etc. They love the book I got them. Both have a little garden they started. My nieces are 8 and 10 years old, and this book is easy for them to follow.

Not exactly what I was looking for. Sometimes it's hard to tell from the description. It might be good for families - but not what I needed for groups of kids.

This us a great success!! My four year old great grandson, is finding the projects exciting and fun. Thank You.

if you really intend to get your children involved with gardening project this book it great. I couldn't really use it much as my children are a bit young.

FANTASTIC book for junior gardeners! My granddaughter and I are both excited about starting on some of the projects in this book. Good quality binding and paper, lots of photos and pictures, easy to read instructions.

The book is exactly what I was wanting could not find it new so went for this 2nd hane one. Will not do it again. It had a horrible smell and there were drawings on the front and back cover and the first page. Luckily most of it was pencil so I was able to rub it out but it did leave indentations. I have put the book in a plastic bag with some febreze and hopefully it will make it smell better. I also noticed that although I paid over £10 for this book the price on the back when new was £8.99. Altogether not the best purchse I have made!! It was the book I really wanted as it is excellent so that was up to expectations just not the condition even though it was classed as 'very good condition' I was really dissapointed and not happy to pay over the original sale price. As they say you live and learn!!

Bought as a present, I really like this book. It is a nicely bound paperback, actually deserving to be sold as a hardback too just so that it looks better on a book shelf. The ideas inside are great and will keep children of all ages happy for hours. An excellent choice.

bought this for my grandchildren very easy to follow and understand the different projects to do the kids really enjoyed it kept them quiet for hours would recommend this book very educational
