very disappointed with the customer service
I built a pergola with Ozco 2” rafter clips and 90% of the hex head screws stripped out in the rough-sawn cedar. I contacted Ozco and asked for replacement screws and was told I could get the same ones. I told them the same size screws will not grab and hold and that I needed bigger screws to fix the issue. I was told Ozco would only replace them with the same bolts. Very dissappointing. I had to spend an additional $250 for new screws and then spend almost 8 hours replacing them all. I asked for a rep to contact me on two different occasions and was never contacted. Very, very disappointed with the customer service.
