I couldn't find the ingredients listed anywhere on the listing, but I still took a risk and bought it. I thought the ingredients would be natural sugar with plum extract. Instead, I found the ingredients to be (exactly as listed on the bottle): Sugar, Water, Japanese Apricot concentrate, brown sugar syrup (sugar, brown sugar syrup, corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, glucose)

This is such a good buy. Large bottle. Flavor is amazing. I wasn't expecting it to taste this good. I have been using in my Korean dishes. Absolutely fantastic. Adds that extra flavor that is needed to help with the sweetness needed in most dishes without having to add sugar. Will definitely buy again. Also, had long expiration date in it.

I watch Asian at Home with S.L. I LOVE to watch her cook. She made Beef Bulgogi it looked so delicious i wanted to try it. So i went to local Asian stores, no luck...ordered it from Amazon, it came quickly and I was excited to get started!!! Prepared my Bulgogi, let it marinate overnight, cooked it according to her instructions...IT WAS THE BOMB.COM, WE LOVED IT!!! I now keep meat marinated in freezer for Bulgogi cravings...Great sauce and size!Quality Product!!! 💜

Ok, so this stuff is expensive...I almost didn't buy it because of that, but i put it in my kimchi for a bit of added sweetness and flavor and it's the only plum extract i could find. It ended up being worth it though. The stuff tastes amazing and lasts for quite a while. I've even used it to make plum tea which turned out really well. Just beware, it does have a high sugar content.

I ordered this after watching a Korean cooking channel that recommended and man, I’ve been missing this my whole life! Even being part Korean I never saw my mom use this so I’m glad I discovered it!

I can finally make bulgogi and the like at home! Especially during these times (pandemic and all), I'm glad to have this available on Amazon. It's a key ingredient in bulgogi and some other Korean BBQ recipes, and I feel like I've done a better job than some of the places I've gone to! Might be getting ahead of myself, but hey, what I can say that is 100% true: worth it.

I seriously can’t find a Koreab Plum Sauce in my city! I don’t just need any plum sauce, I need Mishilaek for bulgogi! It’s now my secret ingredient for that simple sweet taste. Taste so good! Quality is also good too for the price.

Originally I know this is meant to help flavor beef bulgogi but I use it on all kinds of meat and stir frying. It has a sweet taste and I love it in my chicken recipes. Just add a little to enhance the flavor of you dishes.
