Vibration Machine 2017 New Model Bluetooth
I love the machine and it is very quiet when in operation, but can't see the point of the Bluetooth. It does nothing that the remote doesn't do, except you can play music while you exercise.The instructions are very vague and they don't explain what the P1 - P5 buttons do on the remote, and I still haven't worked them out.A friend of mine has a cheaper machine with very similar instruction book. Umm??It does have a good speed range and you can really feel it working your muscles in all areas of your body, and you can vary the exercises to suit your own personal needs. I would, however, strongly advise buying an exercise guide alongside the machine so that you have a good range of the type of things these machines are capable of. I checked out quite a few before deciding on this one.

This doesn’t come with a manual just a two page but paper.
Had to get another remote as first one wasn’t working, no decent booklet with it, just a two page paper with hardly any instructions... only used programme 1, its pre programmed for 10 mins. The resistance straps are too short, can’t pull above my waist. Videos I am following, the straps they use can be easily pulled above their head, been in touch with seller but now want a refund as the straps won’t be getting used & that’s the whole point of doing these specific exercises with the straps. Hardly used the machine, fingers crossed I get a refund now.

Powerful enough for at home
Really good , works well and quiet powerful, the Bluetooth speaker is a let down but It doesn’t effect the wellness of the plate
