Great product for when you are feeling under the weather. Complete convenience too for when you don't want to get out of bed and you order online and it arrives to your door as soon as possible. Sooths the throat with the warm water and powder and relief the pain/discomfort pretty much instantly. These are really a staple for what everyone should have in there first aid drawer. Tasted like hot lemony justice. Afew sachets in and my cold packed its bags and left like a drama queen. I still looked like a soggy tissue, but I felt like a functioning human again. Bonus: makes you feel heroic while sipping it dramatically on the sofa like a flu-fighting warrior.
