I've been using them for a few weeks with no problems. Only reason I gave it 4 star for installation was I confused the part that goes inside the shoe with the washer that goes outside the shoe. In my hurry I hadn't taken all the bits off the shrink wrapped card and hadn't spotted the different washers. If you already have screw threads on the bottom of your shoes you won't need some of these bits.

Good product and easy to fit

These broke immediately. The cleats and the mounting did not twist with the shoe and would not release from the pedal. The soft plate completely bent, and it took an hour to pry the shoe loose. (For others who have the same problem: completely loosening the pedal tension with a hex screw allowed me to finally take the shoe off.)This soft metal plate did damage to my shoe. This is absolute junk and you should avoid it.
