Great protection
Had an issue with my watch and the insurance helped me with everything. Step by step walked me through. Very pleased with the whole process.

PROS - Fast and Simple - Warranty tracked by Amazon Purchase and didn't have to upload anything CONS - Warranty Reimbursement is provided in the form of Amazon Gift Card. Would be nice to get refunded back to the original form of payment. But no star deduction due to how fast they gave me the funds back and that everything was hassle-free. MY USE CASE - Purchased for my Bose SoundSport Earbuds. Received funds within 2-3 days of shipping item to Asurion. RECOMMENDATION TO BUYERS I would buy again and do recommend purchasing on selective electronic items. Justified purchase
I purchased this protection for a replacement iPhone screen I bought. When the new screen cracked. I did have to remove and send it back to them. They supplied shipping label and cost I had to provide package. Within one day I'm dropping it off at the UPS store I received my credit on Amazon for the new screen purchase.

Happy I purchase Asurion!
I've purchased the Asurion warranty a few times and just recently had to use a warranty for an electronics purchase that became faulty. Asurion made it easy to file and complete my claim. Well worth the price of the warranty. Highly recommend getting the warranty considering the quality of goods these days.

Theft of business
I would absolutely not recommend purchasing a warranty from Asurion. This isn't the first time they've been extremely difficult to cover the warranty. This time they told me they could not help me with one of the four smart tags I purchased because the warranty was less coverage than the total amount of all four tags. I asked them why they offered it at the time of purchase if it didn't cover the product. They told me it was a mis-match pricing issue on the warranty and to get a refund. Seriously... if I had not contacted them BEFORE I could return the item through Amazon, I would've lost that money too. That's not a mis-match folks. That's a scam. Also fits the criteria for theft. Anybody out there got a class-action suit or on this company yet?

Excellent Customer Service
Resolved an issue with the automated system with no fuss. Amazon had a refurbished item (a headset in this case) listed as covered by the manufacturer's warranty when it was not. Contacted customer service, they verified the item was no longer covered and started the process to return the defective item. I received reimbursement for the original cost once the item was shipped. Quick and easy.

NAME THE ITEM & NOT JUST THE ORDER #
I think Asurion is great and you should definitely ALWAYS make the extended warranty. It's saved me a laptop, a KLIM cooling fan for my laptop, as well as so many other items. At ZERO cost to me, not even to send it. I would've given them a 5 star rating but I have a really BIG problem/issue with one very IMPORTANT thing. When they send the email to your account, that's all great and everything, HOWEVER, the warranty that they email to you does NOT state what ITEM the warranty IS FOR. Now that may be alright for a person that doesn't buy a lot from Amazon or chooses NOT to buy the ext warranty from Asurion. However, when you're a person like myself....who DOES buy a lot from Amazon (mostly electronics), and I DO buy an Asurion ext warranty with all that I buy (especially when you never know about electronics) I would VERY MUCH LIKE TO SEE WHAT ITEM I PURCHASED TO GO WITH THE ASURION EXT WARRANTY AND NOT JUST AN "ORDER ID". The order ID only helps me when I'm making a claim, however, if I don't know which item the order # goes with, then I can't possibly know which item to look for in order to get the said ORDER #, if that's the route I have to take. An ORDER ID does me ABSOLUTELY NO GOOD WITHOUT AN ITEM DESCRIPTION, and more than just "houseware", "electronics", or "garden" (which I finally figured out it was for an outdoor/indoor temperature gauge!) as the item description. Especially when I buy MULTIPLE "electronics", some times the same day and buy the warranty with ALL of them. So just "electronics " doesn't really work for me when one may be a cooling fan, another a set of earbuds or even a laptop table to set the fan and laptop on my lap. SO PLEASE ASURION, START PUTTING IN YOUR EXT WARRANTY EMAIL VERIFICATIONS, EXACTLY WHAT ITEM IT'S COVERING, AND NOT JUST THE ORDER #. PLEASE. It would be beyond helpful for people trying to make a claim.
