Casa Riera Salchichón de Vic Spanish Salami, 300g

We bought this particular salami as it has no dextrose. It is hard to find a saucisson/salami without dextrose. Not only is it more natural than its competitors out there, it is also delicious. Just enough pepper and just dry enough (be careful how you store it if you don't want it to dry out too soon), and it is large which means that it lasts quite a long time (if you have any self-control, which we don't). We won't be buying any other from now on, I highly highly recommend it!

We have been eating this salchicon for years. It is always perfect. Deep, enrich flavour and a wonderful firm consistency. We have tried others and nothing quite compares. Just slice it and eat it. Although we don’t think it is meant to be cooked, we always use it on pizza and it is delicious!
