I bought these because I remember my mother buying them for my sister years ago when her cycle didn't start. Well I went through a similar situation and was desperate to get mine flowing. I started these as directed and started spotting 3 days after I started. Full flow 2 days later. I have since stopped them and everything is fine. I definitely recommend. 10 out of 10.

My grandmother gave me these years ago when I was a teen. I now give them to my daughter. Eases cramps, shortens periods, and definitely makes that time of the month more manageable. I wish they were gluten free. Otherwise, I’d still be taking them today!

Not sure what's in this but it is definitely helping with my premenopausal symptoms. I felt a difference right away. I take three in the morning and three at night.
